Iceland | An Explore trip over the new year of 2009 - 2010 only 4 days, went from the warmth of Tunisia (below) staight to Iceland where it dipped to lower than -20C. Unfortunatly the conditions were not condusive to seeing the northern-lights but the holiday was good. |

Morocco | Visits to Morocco have taken place four times once in 1988 when I went with Exodus on an overland trip and three times with Explore when firstly I climbed Jebel Toubkal 4,167 metres (13,671 feet) in September 2006, then in November 2006 I treked in the Jebel Sahro region, the last visit was a city tour in 2008. |

Norway and Sweden |
An Explore trip (they no longer offer) of about three weeks from Olso, to Cape Nord through Sweeden and then back to Oslo through Norway. |

Singapore | I have visited Singapore once and managed to spend two weeks there, heck I was married to a Singaporean at the time. There is more to do there that you would think a week would do it. I got some good photos so I thought I would put them up on the web. |

Spain | Another Explore trip done in 2004, we trekked in the Sierra Nevada and climbed Mulhacen 3,479 metres (11,414 feet). Also visted was the Alhambra in Granada. |

Tunisia | Visit to Tunisia with Explore. This was over Christmas 2009. I have only experienced what our tour guide said on a regular basis was back in the 1980's. He insisted that he had genuine love for the president, and he voted for him because he loved him. Well, as history teaches us he was scared for this job and family. Another time I experienced this was in Morocco back in 1988 under the old King. Later visits to Morocco there was reserved criticism of the King, along the lines of 'the new king is better than his father, things are changing for the better in time they will be even better. Should be a good country to visit in a few years when they have learned to cope with some sort of democracy. |

Tanzania | This was another Explore trip also in 2006 but this time in January. What a holiday, a safari in the Ngorongoro crater, an accent of Mount Meru 4,566 metres (14,980 feet), a successful climb of Kilimanjaro 5,895 metres (19,340 feet) and then a week on Zanzibar. |

USA | Three trips to the USA the first to California in 1997, the second to Boston and New York, the third to North Carolila and then to Las Vegas and Utah/Arizona 2007 |

Yugoslavia | Here will be photos from my trips to Yugoslavia as was because splitting them into the separate states will be difficult. Trips were taken there in 1985 amongst other times. |
